Key Responsibilities

  • •Join CX intern to drive initiatives that enhance customers’ experience and perform tasks such as order management, handling disputes, creating returns and communicating with customers (bars, restaurants, supermarkets).
  • •Support the Consumer Care and Community management team by assisting consumer inquiries via channels like social media, Salesforce, and phone, and help improve satisfaction scores.
  • •Assist Consumer Experience Business Intelligence intern tasks by analyzing data, designing dashboards, and generating insights to understand customer behavior.
  • •Collaborate with brand managers on Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives to drive fan loyalty and contribute to related surveys and recommendations.
  • •Participate in content creation, translation efforts, and generation of consumer insights across ongoing projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Is currently enrolled as a university student or recently graduated.
  • •Has legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic.
  • •Demonstrates a willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic for the duration of the internship.
  • •Exhibits an advanced level of proficiency in English and in either French, German, Dutch or a Scandinavian language.
  • •Displays a proactive issue-solving mindset and a strong eagerness to learn.
