Key Responsibilities

  • •Own daily delivery of Leasing IT services and act as the conduit between business and IT technical/infrastructure support teams.
  • •Translate business needs into IT requirements, manage the change backlog, and oversee documentation of Day 1 requirements for impacted IT areas.
  • •Develop delivery plans with key deliverables and milestones, coordinate with Programme Management, and lead review meetings to track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • •Provide regular programme updates and manage communication to the business regarding service outages, data, and functionality incidents with appropriate urgency.
  • •Partner with leasing front office and collaborate with nearshore LF application support in Dublin to ensure equitable focus on SMLF UK interests and needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in transformation and change programmes in Lending, including Lease Finance, Process Automation/APIs, and/or Risk Management.
  • •Good knowledge of Leasing products and the ability to assess business requests for change, eliciting information to define suitable solutions.
  • •Experience conducting workshops with senior stakeholders and presenting implications/risks to delivery for senior management decision-making.
  • •Degree-level education or relevant experience.
  • •Good knowledge of project management, process mapping, and business requirements gathering; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
