  • •Own end-to-end operational health for platform security, availability, and performance across production and non-production environments.
  • •Lead full-spectrum O&M including monitoring, availability/resiliency, configuration management, system administration, incident response, deployment support, and auditing.
  • •Build and maintain resilient, highly available infrastructure with proactive failure detection, automated recovery, and contingency plans.
  • •Drive continuous performance and reliability improvements using metrics and reporting to demonstrate SLA compliance.
