Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, prioritize, and close new EMEA partners across Integration, Solution, Cloud, Marketplace, and Startup motions where coverage does not yet exist.
  • •Build and maintain a regional pipeline of prospective partners across all partnership functions.
  • •Localize and activate global partnerships for the EMEA market, including regional enablement and co-selling/co-marketing and commercial terms where needed.
  • •Translate existing partner programs and benefits correctly to EMEA customers, partners, and startups.
  • •Coordinate with sub-function leads to execute global strategy in EMEA, flag misalignment with local conditions, and represent Supabase at EMEA partner/developer events.

  • •Experience building a regional function within a company previously concentrated in another region.
  • •Strong commercial judgement across varied partner types and counterparties.
  • •Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication, including advocacy when regional realities diverge from global strategy.
