Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee engine overhaul activities end-to-end from disassembly through testing and release to service in line with OEM recommendations and regulatory requirements.
  • •Ensure assigned tasks follow OEM data and EEMC/EOW documentation and that maintenance records, paperwork, and MRO ERP transactions are completed accurately and on time.
  • •Supervise, mentor, and support engineers, senior technicians, technicians, and mechanics; provide feedback and coaching to address performance gaps.
  • •Perform and oversee maintenance using approved data and tooling/facilities, ensuring team compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • •Lead daily toolbox talks when required, report safety and quality non-conformances, and manage workforce planning, attendance, and annual performance goals and reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering in aeronautical subjects, mechanical, maintenance, avionics, electronics tech engineering, or a valid maintenance engineering licence or apprenticeship (at least 2 years).
  • •9+ years in aviation maintenance or MRO environment, including at least 2 years certifying experience as an approval holder in a reputable airline or MRO.
  • •Relevant engine overhaul workshop approval/authorisation.
  • •Ability to perform and oversee maintenance using OEM and approved maintenance data, including ESM, IPC, CMM, SBs, and ADs.
  • •Ability to ensure accurate maintenance records, paperwork, and MRO ERP transactions are completed in a timely manner.
