Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of contracted Support Services, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely outcomes.
  • •Develop and deliver support engineering design and artefacts, including initiation and activation leading to Support Contract go-live and subsequent sustainment.
  • •Oversee Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) activities and use outcomes to build the support solution and stand up the support organisation.
  • •Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align with customer expectations and contractual standards.
  • •Foster customer strategic partnership, drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency, and support supportability engineering activities such as bidding and validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in capability support definition and supportability engineering, including Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Logistic Support Analysis (LSA).
  • •Experience transitioning from design to functioning support systems and solutions.
  • •Experience delivering Capability Support Services or operating in an environment with operations management.
  • •Experience managing senior-level relationships, including negotiation, issue resolution, and strategic partnership development.
