Senior Scheduler - Data Center Construction

Support scheduling as a project controls function on large-scale construction programs. Develop and maintain owners’ Project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), establish schedule management deliverables, and consolidate contractor schedules. Analyze critical path impacts and near-critical activities, monitor variances, and prepare baseline schedules and approval documentation. Apply EVM methodology, produce periodic schedule progress reporting and trending charts, and help ensure schedule data credibility.
