Key Responsibilities

•Standardize BCP/DR frameworks across 14 international jurisdictions while keeping a unified global response strategy.
•Partner with DevOps and Engineering to validate AWS disaster recovery architecture against defined RTO/RPO targets and test failover automation.
•Maintain the Business Continuity Plan (Rule 4370) and ensure all documentation is audit-ready for FINRA examinations and SEC inquiries.
•Lead business impact analyses (BIA) with business units to identify critical paths and dependencies for broker-dealer operations.
•Design and lead “Game Day” simulations (region evacuation drills and corporate crisis management), and modernize playbooks with maturity assessments and templates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 140,000 annually
