Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction (Heavy Civil)

Serve as the primary day-to-day client interface on large-scale data center construction projects, delivering disciplined, value-driven cost management for heavy civil and site development scopes. Lead estimating and change order support, develop and validate cost plans with design teams and the general contractor, and reconcile contractor pricing data. Provide clear written commercial reviews, manage cost checks and valuations, support post-contract cost control, and produce monthly cost reporting while mentoring team members.
