Key Responsibilities

  • •Process growing volumes of international and domestic payments.
  • •Verify beneficiary account details for accuracy and adherence to AML regulations and internal policies.
  • •Work with payment partners and banks to identify and resolve payment issues promptly.
  • •Identify and report processing inefficiencies, then help resolve them; review and maintain payment formatting rules to reduce issues.
  • •Collaborate with Compliance on internal policy improvements for smoother AML processes and communicate with payers via email and call to prevent delays.
