Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of operational and visual processes, ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Champion salesfloor visual standards using business performance data and manage sell-through via accurate inventory counts and coordinated labor hours.
  • •Represent the business in meetings and calls and partner with the General Manager on budget, reporting, and planning metrics.
  • •Lead the Operations and Visual team through accountability, continuous coaching, scheduling, succession planning, and recruitment strategy.
