Job Summary

Own the end-to-end user trading journey for Latin America by identifying region-specific product and business opportunities, localizing the trading experience, and setting go-to-market strategies for key user segments. Build and apply deep insights into LatAm fintech/crypto competitors, user behavior, and regulatory nuances to shape product roadmaps, partner cross-functionally, and measure initiative impact through data-driven metrics across app and web.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and prioritize business and product opportunities specific to Latin American markets, including payment rails, trading behaviors, regulatory nuances, and competitive gaps.
•Develop go-to-market product strategies tailored to LatAm user segments and align product initiatives with local growth objectives.
•Own and optimize the full user trading journey across app and web—from discovery/onboarding to execution and post-trade review.
•Define and execute the product roadmap for trading experience improvements, balancing global capabilities with local needs.
•Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship features and use metrics to measure initiative impact and refine strategy.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in consumer-facing products, ideally in trading, fintech, or crypto.
•Solid understanding of manual trading workflows across mobile and web, including needs and behaviors of different trader personas.
•Strong ability to translate user research and local market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
•Excellent product sense, attention to detail, and a history of shipping products users love.
•Strong analytical skills to prioritize, validate hypotheses, and measure outcomes using data.
