•Develop and oversee detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

•Monitor and oversee project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
•Prepare and oversee regular progress reports, including schedule updates, earned value analysis, and performance metrics.
•Analyze project trends and provide forecasts to support decision-making.
