Job Summary

Design and govern SAP and Workday security programs that strengthen privileged access, emergency access (Firefighter), and cross-application segregation of duties. Architect secure integrations for SAP Business AI/Joule, implementing identity federation and security controls aligned with Responsible AI and privacy-by-design. Partner with IT Security, HRIS, Audit, and Compliance to remediate access risks, support PAM workflows, and deliver audit-ready reporting, training, and lifecycle access governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead redesign and governance of SAP Emergency Access Management (Firefighter), including policy, workflows, automated logging/auditing, and stakeholder training.
•Architect secure end-to-end SAP security for Business AI/Joule, integrating IAS/IPS, SCIM provisioning, global user ID strategy, OIDC authentication, and principal propagation.
•Implement AI security controls aligned with Responsible AI principles, including authentication, authorization, encryption, masking, content filtering, and RAG processes.
•Establish and manage a unified cross-application Segregation of Duties (SoD) framework across SAP, Workday, and other enterprise systems, including risk/ruleset definition and remediation.
•Lead integration of SAP and Workday privileged access requirements into the enterprise PAM framework and oversee access governance (reviews, JML processes, and certification cycles).

Key Requirements

•5–10+ years designing SAP roles and authorizations with SAP GRC Access Control, including Firefighter and SoD analysis in S/4HANA and Fiori.
•3–5+ years configuring Workday’s role-based security model, including domain policies, security groups, hierarchies, granular permissions, and SoD controls.
•Experience designing and operating PAM/EAM workflows that enforce least-privilege access and support audit, monitoring, and compliance.
•Ability to define and manage cross-application SoD rulesets across SAP and Workday (e.g., SAP IAG) for risk visibility and mitigation.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SAP Security/GRC, or Workday Security preferred.
