Job Function: Laboratory & Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily and scheduled deep cleaning of site buildings, including offices, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.
  • •Maintain cleanliness standards (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, sanitization) and restock supplies.
  • •Conduct grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks such as weed control and snow removal as needed.
  • •Assist with general labor needs, including leach pad labor, EW harvest activities, process plant clean-up, and maintenance shop organization.
  • •Take ownership of assigned areas, follow site safety protocols, and collaborate with supervisors and teams to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • •Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • •Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, organized spaces.
  • •Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions, with a valid driver’s license.
