•Use data-driven insights to optimize field sales operations, track sales metrics and lead monthly performance reviews
•Implement promotional and trade marketing initiatives (e.g., Shippers, Shelf POS) and introduce new SKUs to drive presence
•Collaborate with Global Sales Execution to continuously improve field sales fundamentals
