Provide a great consumer experience by recommending looks aligned with current trends and promotions, promoting the Red Tab Loyalty omni experience, and resolving customer concerns in line with company policy. Support store operations through merchandising and sales activities, including cash handling and merchandise processing (shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment) while maintaining standards and following store procedures. Report to the Store Manager.
