Key Responsibilities

  • •Track every open rulemaking, comment deadline, and filing, converting rulebook commitments into written procedures and review cycles.
  • •Build internal governance and productivity systems such as trackers, templates, calendars, and briefing documents.
  • •Run board and committee governance and shepherd regulatory filings end to end.
  • •Engage with the Hill, state governments, and federal agencies including the CFTC and Treasury.
  • •Work closely with the Chief Regulatory & Legal Affairs Officer as the connective tissue of the regulatory function.
