Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end Connected Planning delivery using digital tools like o9, Kinaxis, and Blue Yonder to enable efficient and resilient supply chain planning.
  • •Oversee delivery quality and manage workstreams as the day-to-day leader on client engagements, building trusted advisor relationships.
  • •Translate executive priorities into analytical models and digital tools that support decision-making across demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, SIOP/S&OP, and IBP.
  • •Coach and mentor junior consultants and contribute to developing connected planning capabilities and talent.
  • •Collaborate on practice development activities including client proposals, business development, and shaping proprietary connected planning offerings and IP.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA preferred and 8+ years in consulting or supply chain planning roles.
  • •2+ years experience working as a management consultant.
  • •Deep understanding of end-to-end planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, SIOP/S&OP, and IBP.
