Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Connected Planning engagements for global clients, using digital planning tools (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder) to redesign demand, supply, and inventory planning processes. Serve as day-to-day client leader, translate executive priorities into analytical models and decision-support tools, and manage workstreams to deliver measurable cost and efficiency value. Coach junior consultants and help grow proprietary offerings and IP for Kearney’s fastest-growing Digital & Analytics capability.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end Connected Planning delivery using digital tools like o9, Kinaxis, and Blue Yonder to enable efficient and resilient supply chain planning.
•Oversee delivery quality and manage workstreams as the day-to-day leader on client engagements, building trusted advisor relationships.
•Translate executive priorities into analytical models and digital tools that support decision-making across demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, SIOP/S&OP, and IBP.
•Coach and mentor junior consultants and contribute to developing connected planning capabilities and talent.
•Collaborate on practice development activities including client proposals, business development, and shaping proprietary connected planning offerings and IP.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,000 - 235,000

Key Requirements

•MBA preferred and 8+ years in consulting or supply chain planning roles.
•2+ years experience working as a management consultant.
•Deep understanding of end-to-end planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, SIOP/S&OP, and IBP.
•Hands-on experience with planning platforms and analytics tools such as o9, Kinaxis, and Blue Yonder.
•Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver client-facing work with leadership and collaboration.
