Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Data Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to support product strategy, discovery, roadmap planning, and product decision-making.
  • •Help frame problems, define opportunities, develop hypotheses, and document product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution concepts.
  • •Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder engagement, user research, usability testing, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions.
  • •Support prioritization by evaluating customer value, business value, technical feasibility, risk, effort, and evidence from product and customer data.
  • •Help define product outcomes, KPIs, success measures, dashboards, and launch measurement/post-launch learning plans while collaborating with analytics and product teams.
