Job Summary

Own end-to-end demand planning and forecasting using multiple methods across the service support lifecycle. Analyze demand and inventory trends, root causes, and forecast accuracy to drive corrective actions. Optimize multi-echelon stocking requirements, excess and obsolescence mitigation, and sourcing/replenishment decisions. Manage lifecycle events like NPI and Last Time Buy in collaboration with PLM and suppliers, delivering measurable outcomes around service levels and inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage demand planning processes using a range of forecasting methods across the service support life.
•Analyze demand trends, forecast accuracy, and deviations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
•Evaluate and optimize stocking requirements for a multi-echelon network to meet service levels while minimizing inventory and carrying costs.
•Monitor excess and obsolescence trends and take actions to mitigate cost impact.
•Collaborate with PLM and suppliers on lifecycle events (NPI and Last Time Buy) and support process improvement/automation through data analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, math-related subjects, or engineering.
•6-10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or other analytical roles.
•Fluency in English.
•Strong analytical and math skills with critical thinking to make data-driven judgments.
•Strong problem-solving, organizational/time management, and communication skills to work with suppliers, customers, and teams.
