Job Summary

Build client relationships as a trusted advisor by having in-branch and proactive phone conversations to uncover financial wellness needs. Meet individual activity and outcome goals, open and service consumer and small business accounts and lending products, and recommend tailored solutions. Partner closely with branch teammates and internal lines of business to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships while ensuring compliance, risk, security, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone client conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
•Open personal and business accounts and support client transactions, including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and maintain appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience) is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
•1+ year experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
