Key Responsibilities

  • •Tailor and lead cost control approaches aligned to client needs and best practice.
  • •Implement and maintain cost control systems and procedures to track budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.
  • •Establish and maintain integrated Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and support the change control process with cost information.
  • •Develop and align Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and planning packages to control costs at the correct work package level.
  • •Produce accruals (ACWP), validate supply chain data, update forecasts (ETC), and guide reporting/leadership updates in complex project/programme environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Project Controls experience specializing in Cost Engineering/Cost Control across the project lifecycle in one or more sectors.
  • •Detailed understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting, and performance reporting/analysis.
  • •Experience implementing cost performance reporting and cost forecasting techniques, including leading Cost Control Assurance activities.
  • •Familiarity with cost control interactions across other Project Controls areas such as Scheduling, Risk Management, Reporting, and Change Control (desirable).
  • •Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance and demonstrate strong communication and leadership behaviors.
