Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers, allocating scope, raising the technical bar, and unblocking them with stakeholders and end users.
  • •Own the technical shape of what is delivered, including how Scale products are combined, what is extended, and when bespoke builds are truly warranted.
  • •Plan and sequence releases with engineering, anticipating technical risk early and framing trade-offs for stakeholders.
  • •Serve as the senior technical voice to stakeholders and users, translating operational needs into delivery decisions the team can execute.
  • •Drive innovation by solving undefined technical and operational problems and transitioning AI/ML technologies into working Public Sector products.

Key Requirements

  • •An active TS/SCI clearance.
  • •7+ years succeeding in stakeholder management or a customer-facing role.
  • •Experience leading or mentoring other program managers, engineers, or technical staff.
  • •Proven ownership of the technical delivery for a complex, multi-workstream program with senior government or enterprise stakeholders.
  • •Technical background in CS, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering, with deep ML operations understanding and structured, analytics-driven problem-solving.
