Workplace Planning Coordinator

Coordinate workplace planning activities for a global portfolio of NBCU sites, including producing and maintaining AutoCAD floor plans, supporting test-fit options, and analyzing occupancy and utilization reports. Help improve workplace processes using tools like CAFM and Power BI, support planning moves with the Workplace Planning Lead, and provide administration for planning meetings and workbooks. Liaise with suppliers and coordinate onsite contractors to support seamless workplace project delivery.
