Job Summary

Support day-to-day People Operations across a global workforce, reporting to the People Operations Lead. You’ll manage employee and contractor onboarding/off-boarding logistics, maintain accurate records, and administer benefits and compliance activities. The role also includes supporting recurring programs and employee experience initiatives, maintaining the People Operations calendar, and using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, HR systems, and Deel to track tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Support employee onboarding and off-boarding activities for employees and contractors, including logistics like Slack invitations, Google Workspace setup, I-9 verification, policy acknowledgements, and document collection.
•Maintain complete and organized employee and contractor records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
•Administer employee benefit programs, assist with routine benefits/payroll questions, and support benefits documentation, audits, and compliance activities.
•Maintain organized records related to state registrations, account access, login credentials, and compliance documentation; assist with annual compliance initiatives and follow up on required notices/training.
•Support recurring employee experience programs and operations projects by maintaining the People Operations calendar, coordinating events, and creating/maintaining forms, templates, workflows, and process documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Benefits Administration, Recruiting Operations, Office Operations, or a related field.
•Experience supporting onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, benefits administration, compliance activities, or HR operations.
•Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
•Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and administrative processes simultaneously.
•Experience working with HR systems, Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools, including troubleshooting routine employee and contractor questions.
