Job Summary

Drive ERP Record to Report (R2R) workstream delivery across blueprint, build, testing, and cutover/hypercare phases for a SAP S/4HANA transformation. Support end-to-end process areas including GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, month/year-end close, banking, treasury, tax, controlling, profit/cost center accounting, product costing, and project systems. Partner with cross-functional teams and external resources on SAP configuration, integrations, data mapping, documentation, and functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end R2R process areas including GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, month-/year-end close, banking, treasury, tax, controlling, profit/cost center accounting, product costing, and project systems.
•Lead blueprint, build, testing, and cutover/hypercare activities for ERP delivery, supporting evaluation of gaps, scope decisions, and go-live performance.
•Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions with cross-functional teams, leveraging process harmonization opportunities and aligning to the desired operating model and industry best practices.
•Support SAP integration and data mapping activities, including SAP CATS integration knowledge, finance application integrations, and testing with business leaders and testers.
•Create documentation and functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversions, integrations, and workflows within the workstream.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree and 7+ years).
•U.S. citizenship is required; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
•Experience with SAP system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities.
•10+ years of finance acumen across Finance Master Data, allocations, FP&A, financial reporting, tax, treasury, G/L, fixed assets, payroll, period close & consolidation, costing, and project accounting.
•7+ years configuring and implementing SAP FI/CO modules including general ledger, treasury, banking, asset accounting, AR, AP, and tax integrations.
