Support routine landscaping and light maintenance across assigned Citizens Bank locations, focusing on grass, trees, shrubs, and ground cover while responding to scheduled and requested work orders. Key Responsibilities

•Work with the landscaping team on daily tasks and assist with coverage for scheduled or unscheduled absences.
•Follow training and best practices to perform day-to-day grounds keeping across multiple retail banking and main office facilities.
•Perform landscaping, mowing (including hand and riding lawnmower), snow removal, anti-skid application, and exterior cleaning.
•Complete spring/fall cleanups and help install/maintain exterior features (e.g., hardscaping, river rock, fencing, signage), including pressure washing and gutter/drain cleaning.
•Close out work orders via iPad or CMMS, respond to emergency and non-emergency requests, and prioritize work order response while communicating professionally.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience, including zero-turn mower operation.
•Valid active State Driver’s License required.
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comfortably work outdoors in all weather conditions at varying heights (e.g., ladders, rooftops).
•Ability to plan and prioritize daily responsibilities with strong attention to detail.
•Intermediate or higher expertise using iPad/smartphones and computer/laptops, including MS Outlook, plus strong written and verbal communication with customer service experience.
