Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end business architecture design for AI-enabled post-approval processes within CCM.
•Define and deliver the Target Operating Model (TOM) to support AI adoption across the credit lifecycle.
•Analyse current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and AI use cases.
•Redesign post-approval workflows (e.g. monitoring, servicing, reporting) to embed AI and improve efficiency and control.
•Translate AI strategy into practical business process and capability designs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or AI/data transformation roles.
•Proven experience in Business Architecture, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, or transformation delivery.
•Experience working on AI strategy, AI-enabled transformation, or analytics-driven change programmes.
•Strong understanding of credit and lending processes, ideally within corporate or institutional banking.
•Familiarity with post-approval processes (e.g. loan monitoring, covenant tracking, servicing).
