Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify potential employer partnerships and qualify leads across industries in Colombia and LATAM.
  • •Lead outreach and development of materials to support BD efforts; initiate contact via email, phone, and other channels.
  • •Prepare and present weekly reports on lead generation progress and update the CRM (Salesforce) with details on leads and outcomes.
  • •Conduct desk research and interviews to understand market demand for new programs and learner needs.
  • •Support the BD & Partnerships team in consolidating findings and developing materials to secure internal approval for new programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in any field with a solid academic record.
  • •1-2 years of professional working experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • •Up-to-date understanding of lead generation tools and techniques (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • •Advanced Excel and project management tools.
  • •Fluent Spanish; advanced written and spoken English.
