Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation for timely project completion.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, performing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and conflicts and maintain smooth workflow.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to ensure adequate supply and timely delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
  • •5+ years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials used in building projects, including structural design.
  • •Proficiency using construction tools/equipment/software such as AutoCAD, and having ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills.
