Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Support the Corporate & Shared Services FP&A team by partnering with Human Resources and Corporate Benefits to deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Own budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning, perform monthly variance analysis, and support month-end close activities. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for leadership, analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, and improve FP&A processes while ensuring data integrity and control.
