Job Function: Procurement & Sourcing

Key Responsibilities

•Focus and work in procurement market of Electrical and Mechanical Components to find and benchmark new/exist suppliers in China.
•Lead and conduct make & buy strategy from sourcing’s perspective, optimize and synergy outsourcing activities with economic and lean supply chain.
•Evaluate and qualify potential suppliers under one quality approach and commercial leverages.
•Responsible for supplier contract and commercial terms negotiations and management.
•Continuous supplier performance management and act as the owner of commodity sourcing strategy development and execution.

Key Requirements

•Fluent written and spoken English (required).
•3+ years working experience
•Bachelor’s degree and above
•Deep field knowledge of Electrical equipment and Components with manufacturing process experience
•Strong sourcing network in local procurement market including metal machining, fabrication, resources, and low volume-high mix business scenario
