Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor QA, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • •Drive the testing lifecycle from requirements through deployment to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • •Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team skills and output.
  • •Analyze product issues, track them through tools, and give feedback to relevant personnel for corrections.
  • •Create and maintain automated Web/Mobile/API test cases and frameworks, and improve the Continuous Integration pipeline.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing and at least 4+ years in a relevant role.
  • •2+ years of experience in a leadership role, including mentoring, performance reviews, and work allocation.
  • •Solid understanding of testing types including unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, and performance/stress, plus API testing.
  • •Experience with web, Android, iOS, and API manual testing, including debugging with Chrome DevTools and using Postman.
  • •Strong experience with Python and automation testing for web (Selenium/Playwright) and mobile (Android/iOS), with CI systems; familiarity with Jira/Jenkins is advantageous.
