Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Fire/Hydraulics Engineering, ideally with 20+ years’ building services industry experience in Australia.
  • •Chartered Engineer and relevant registrations.
  • •Extensive experience in building engineering, including design and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary building services projects.
  • •Proven senior technical, project, or business leadership experience.
  • •Strong commercial understanding plus a track record of client engagement, commercial management, negotiations, and business development/winning work.
