Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and own hardware qualification test plan definition for new products and features in collaboration with firmware, software, and hardware teams.
  • •Determine test strategies to optimize safety, reliability, risk mitigation, FMEA coverage, and schedule.
  • •Design and execute PCBA and electrical system component testing, including hands-on testing and rework.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •8+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience designing functional test equipment.
  • •Knowledge of scripting languages to build test automation (e.g., Python, C#, .NET, MATLAB, PERL, SHELL).
  • •Instrument control using VISA, SCPI, and GPIB.
  • •Experience with computer hardware communication bus protocols (e.g., USB, I2C, UART, Ethernet, SPI, PCIe, HDMI, CAN, RS232/RS485).
