Develop and grow profitable “lead left” relationships for middle-market companies, building trusted advisory partnerships with senior client executives. Coordinate with One Bank partners to deliver tailored relationship strategies using credit, treasury management, and capital markets solutions. Manage and review client portfolios, lead client-facing activities, analyze financial information to guide credit decisions, and use CRM systems to track activity and pipeline. Participate in community and industry events to expand networks.

•Identify and develop profitable new “lead left” client relationships using centers of influence, existing clients, and referrals.
•Manage and grow long-term profitable relationships while coordinating with internal partners to pursue new high-value prospects.
•Lead client-facing activities across credit support, treasury management, and capital markets, strengthening trusted advisor relationships.
•Analyze financial information and work with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers to support credit requests and maintain acceptable risk exposure.
•Use CRM systems for client activity tracking, call reports, and pipeline management, and reinforce CRM use for assigned partners.

Salary: USD 121,900 - 262,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
•Minimum 10 years of Commercial Banking experience.
•Commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
•9 years of relationship account management experience preferred.
•Formalized commercial credit and underwriting experience preferred; must have strong business acumen including financial statement analysis.
