Lead cross-functional materials planning to support production schedules, capacity, inventory, and cost elements. Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and manage integrated materials planning processes (make-versus-buy, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, materials, and costs).
•Analyze demand and forecasts to create build-to-order and build-to-forecast plans; coordinate with business teams to optimize production planning cost strategy.
•Implement inventory forecasting, purchasing, and material control systems and best practices.
•Run production scheduling activities, monitor progress, and ensure inventory accuracy with corrective actions in coordination with Finance.
•Develop sourcing strategy, manage supplier relationships and scorecards, and coordinate with quality and operations to achieve on-time delivery; manage department budget and resources.
