Commercial Counsel

Advise stakeholders and lead end-to-end negotiations of high-value MSAs and commercial agreements with major banks and financial institutions. Own negotiations with data and content providers, including data-licensing and partnership agreements. Partner with Sales, Product, Security, and Operations to structure business-aligned deals and translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance. Implement and manage the company’s commercial contracting infrastructure by operationalizing legal tech tools and building negotiation templates, playbooks, and approval workflows.
