Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safe maintenance and repair for complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; and diagnose issues by using data across makes and models.
  • •Use technology (laptops and tablets) to support maintenance workflows and decision-making.
  • •Maintain complete, timely electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with training lower-level technicians and support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude.
  • •Demonstrate extensive knowledge of construction equipment with advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Have superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Prefer experience in field service, maintenance, and repair; high school diploma is required and trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements (move, stand, stoop, bend).
