Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and deploy daily communication strategies for Edenred beneficiaries and clients, mainly via digital channels.
  • •Contribute to and lead the operational communication workstream for innovative projects aligned with solution development.
  • •Support acquisition, conversion, and growth strategies for Edenred activities on e-commerce sites in collaboration with Products, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success.
  • •Determine and write quarterly “What’s New” newsletters for Belux beneficiaries and clients, including integration into mass mailing tools.
  • •Optimize web and app content in Belgium and Luxembourg per guidelines using UX and SEO best practices; run opt-in campaigns and maintain user databases in line with GDPR.

Key Requirements
