•Establish and deploy daily communication strategies for Edenred beneficiaries and clients, mainly via digital channels.
•Contribute to and lead the operational communication workstream for innovative projects aligned with solution development.
•Support acquisition, conversion, and growth strategies for Edenred activities on e-commerce sites in collaboration with Products, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success.
•Determine and write quarterly “What’s New” newsletters for Belux beneficiaries and clients, including integration into mass mailing tools.
•Optimize web and app content in Belgium and Luxembourg per guidelines using UX and SEO best practices; run opt-in campaigns and maintain user databases in line with GDPR.
