Key Responsibilities

  • •Define scalable, secure architecture for HR systems leveraging AWS infrastructure and SaaS platforms.
  • •Develop technical roadmaps and strategies aligned with business objectives and global HR requirements.
  • •Architect and oversee custom application development using Python, C#, Terraform, and AWS services.
  • •Lead SaaS platform integrations (Workday, Dayforce, ServiceNow HRSD) with internal systems using APIs and middleware.
  • •Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing development team while ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and global standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of software development and architecture experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
  • •Proven experience designing HR systems and HR workflow solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and SaaS platform integration.
