Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the support process and handle support requests according to procedures.
  • •Investigate and diagnose incidents using service assurance software/tools; identify root causes and follow agreed processes to resolve issues.
  • •Carries out agreed maintenance tasks and provides service recovery after incident resolution.
  • •Monitor service delivery against SLA, collect performance statistics, analyze service records, and initiate/report actions to maintain or improve service levels.
  • •Document, escalate unresolved incidents, coordinate repairs with teams, and keep configuration items (CIs) secure and up to date.

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
  • •Associate level certification in data centre technologies (e.g., CCNA (DC)).
  • •Entry-level experience in technical support to clients, including diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • •Entry-level experience in call center routing, VoIP, security/firewalls, and networking (routing, switching, distribution, core/access layers).
  • •Entry-level experience providing remote support in data centre technologies (e.g., storage, backup, computing, server virtualization).
