Key Responsibilities

  • •Find, vet, pitch, sign, and onboard suppliers to secure best-in-class quality, cost, speed, reliability, and scalability.
  • •Pitch and onboard vendor partners with clear criteria for initial test periods and scalable performance if successful.
  • •Manage supplier relationships through onboarding trainings and performance management via WBR/MBR.
  • •Drive cost, pricing, and commercial improvements in collaboration with merchants and procurement to achieve margin targets.
  • •Ensure responsible sourcing compliance (legal, ethical, sustainability, fair labor/certifications) and manage risk with counter-sourcing and contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Kids & Baby Shoes categories.
  • •Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • •Detail-oriented, using a data-driven approach for decision-making and problem-solving.
  • •Strong analytical mindset focused on execution and process improvement.
  • •Supply chain or operations background with a solid understanding of the retail landscape; excellent written and verbal communication.
