Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate current software process workflows, identify inefficiencies, implement optimized processes, and lead continuous improvement and change management.
  • •Support deployment of software processes across software departments, ensuring teams are trained and compliant with the mandatory software process framework.
  • •Ensure compliance through regular audits across software project phases and monitor adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  • •Collaborate with multiple software engineering teams to align and deploy software processes across BEUMER’s software organization.
  • •Lead a small team of process specialists while driving process initiatives with product and project departments, group companies, and global stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in software process management and knowledge of software process frameworks.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
  • •Experience with software development methodologies and/or software project management.
  • •Knowledge of agile software development processes and CMMI (or similar standards) would be an advantage.
  • •PMI, IPMA or Prince2 certification/training would be a plus; able to work strategically and operationally.
