Job Summary

Dynamic, customer-facing Solutions Consultant who partners with Account Managers and Customer Success for post-sales expansion. As the technical product expert, you will lead deep-dives, demonstrate value through multi-product demonstrations, architect integrations (APIs to GRC/SIEM tools), and escalate complex issues while enabling the CS team with documentation and playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive Technical Expansion: Act as the key technical partner for Account Managers and CSMs during renewal and upsell motions, leading technical deep-dives, customized product demonstrations, and building proof-of-value architectures for multi-product offerings.
•Serve as the Go-To Product Expert: Maintain expert-level understanding of the UpGuard platform, architecture, API capabilities, and differentiators; provide technical authority to the CS team for complex customer questions.
•Architect Complex Solutions: Design, scope, and validate deep technical solutions including robust API integrations connecting UpGuard with customers' key systems (GRC platforms, SIEMs, security tools).
•Manage Critical Technical Escalations: Escalate and bridge gaps between standard support and CSMs, owning high-priority technical issues within customer environments.
•Enable the Team: Create and maintain a library of technical documentation, best-practice guides, integration playbooks, and demonstration scripts for the CS organization.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Consultant, Sales Consultant, Technical Account Manager, or Professional Services Consultant) with post-sales/expansion focus preferred
•Deep understanding of cybersecurity and GRC landscape (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk, or other security stack tools)
•A passion for becoming a deep subject matter expert on a complex software platform
•Hands-on experience with REST APIs; able to guide customers on implementation, read documentation, and troubleshoot with tools like Postman
