Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare timely monthly consolidated financial statements under IFRS for up to 13 entities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Own tax planning and compliance, ensuring timely tax filings and ongoing compliance with VARA, CBB, OJK, and Labuan FSA requirements.
  • •Manage monthly payroll across multiple jurisdictions, including local tax implications, and coordinate reporting with banking partners and fund administrators.
  • •Prepare and control the group budget and forecasting process, including variance analysis and commentary to management.
  • •Act as primary liaison for audits and statutory matters, and develop finance procedures and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • •5–7 years of progressive finance experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated financial services.
  • •Strong command of IFRS reporting and multi-entity consolidation.
  • •Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdiction tax compliance and payroll.
  • •Working knowledge of at least one regulatory framework (VARA, CBB, OJK, or Labuan FSA).
