Shop Foreman - Audi Ownings Mills

Direct shop activities for body repairs while maintaining quality standards, schedules, and productivity. Assist technicians with technical work and diagnose/repair a range of automotive systems including brakes, exhaust, fuel ignition/electrical, suspension/alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems. Communicate diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers as needed. Enforce safety and ensure compliance with applicable environmental and hazardous waste regulations, while hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring shop staff.
