Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing that knowledge with consumers.
  • •Follow HEYDUDE policies, including asset protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexible schedule with regular attendance and punctuality, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
  • •Use a team-first approach and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise and assist with placing and arranging items across shelves and racks.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and remain on your feet and continuously moving for at least 8 hours per shift.
