Job Summary

Ensure silicon, package, and platform designs meet signal and power integrity performance and cost requirements. Conduct SI/PI simulations across feasibility, pre-layout, and post-layout stages for characterization and demo boards, perform end-to-end channel and memory bus analyses, and validate results against measurements. Coordinate with HW, layout, NPI, and manufacturing vendors to resolve issues, define guidelines/checklists, and advance/automate the SIPI design and analysis workflow.

Key Responsibilities

•Run Signal Integrity and Power Integrity simulations at feasibility, pre-layout, and post-layout stages for characterization and demo boards; establish design and layout guidelines.
•Coordinate with HW design, layout, NPI, and manufacturing vendors to resolve SI/PI issues.
•Perform end-to-end channel simulations for multi-gigabit serial lines such as 56Gbps and 112Gbps and beyond.
•Conduct PI analysis simulations for memory buses including HBM, DDR4, LPDDR4, DDR5, and LPDDR5; characterize interfaces and verify against measurements.
•Prepare and implement PCB development checklists, support future PCB technology work, and update/automate the SIPI design and analysis flow.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 2,850,680 - 4,072,400 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional experience as a Signal and Power Integrity Engineer.
•Experience running Signal Integrity and Power Integrity simulations across feasibility, pre-layout, and post-layout phases and establishing design/layout guidelines.
•Experience with PCB, package, and IC-level power delivery networks, including silicon packaging and PCB design for SI/PI.
•Expertise in high-speed signaling interfaces such as PCIe, DDR5/DDR6, and HDMI.
•Hands-on electrical modeling using EDA/AMS tools such as HFSS, SIwave, and HSPICE; strong electromagnetic theory and circuit analysis.
